The first 10, 15, 20 seconds are very important for the match because it is going to tell you if you are in a good position or not. You need to start out faster sooner and be in a good position sooner. Being low energy is not going to work. You have to be high energy. Rolling in intervals allow you to push harder during the match. Start fast.
