The Fundamentals Program at Team Passos is designed with the beginner in mind. Our structured curriculum focuses on basic Jiu Jitsu concepts, practical self-defense skills, and beginner techniques. This program is designed to provide the essential foundation to learn the art of jiu jitsu, regardless of a student fitness level or age.
