Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility – Unused Products

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with original tags and packaging when applicable.

 

Manufacturer Defects

  • Products with manufacturer defects may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of purchase.

  • Defective items are eligible for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different size or color are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items.

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

In-Person Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges may be completed in person at our location at no cost to the customer.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

  • Return shipping fees are waived for items returned due to manufacturer defects.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed and reflected by your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase is not eligible for return or exchange.
